Sundas Foundation Gujranwala center has been evolved throughout 26 years, once started in a small building comprising of two rooms now it has its own well managed building having the following departments working deliberately to uplift the organization for the welfare of under privileged patients of Thalassemia, Hemophilia and blood cancer.

Thalassaemia is an inheriting blood disorder.
Thalassaemia involves problems with the production of hemoglobin in red blood cells. As a result, a person with the Thalassaemia doesn’t have enough hemoglobin or red blood cells to carry Oxygen throughout the body (anemia).
The signs and symptoms of Thalassaemia are:
Fatigue (feeling tired) and weakness;
Pale skin or jaundice (yellowing of the skin);
Protruding abdomen, with enlarged spleen and liver;
Dark urine; and
Abnormal facial bones and poor growth.

Thalassemia
